Vivien Lougheed
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Vivien Lougheed moved to Prince George in 1970. She met her husband, writer John Harris, in 1983 and with his encouragement started writing about her travels in Central and South America, British Columbia and the Yukon. She has numerous books to her credit in addition to hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles. Vivien is is a keen hiker and is presently planning her next trip to South America — to follow fossil tracks there.
